Refund and return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@herbsandseedoil.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

• You always have a 14-day cooling-off period, after receiving your product;
• Send an e-mail to info@herbsandseedoil.com to register your return;
• Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable;
• Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Mocht het product beschadigd of de verpakking meer beschadigd zijn dan nodig is om het product te proberen, dan kunnen we deze waardevermindering van het product aan u doorberekenen. Behandel het product dus met zorg en zorg ervoor dat deze bij een retour goed verpakt is.

Once you have made a return notification, you will automatically be given the correct return address.

How do I know if you have received my return?

You do not have to do anything for this: we will let you know. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within 5 working days.

Get your money back within a maximum of 14 days

Once your return is received at our return centre, you will receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days. Refunds are always made in the same way you paid. If you are returning your entire order, any shipping costs of the outbound shipment will also be deducted.
