You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

• Send an e-mail to info@herbsandseedoil.com to register your return;
• Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable;
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

What is the return address?

Once you have made a return notification, you will automatically be given the correct return address.

How do I know if you have received my return?

You do not have to do anything for this: we will let you know. Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within 5 working days.

Get your money back within a maximum of 14 days

Once your return is received at our return centre, you will receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days. Refunds are always made in the same way you paid. If you are returning your entire order, any shipping costs of the outbound shipment will also be deducted.
